Reliance MET city is located in Delhi NCR and has excellent connectivity to Gurgaon, Delhi, Manesar, and other towns in the region, as well as all major highways. This special economic zone is primarily intended to assist small, medium, and large-scale industries, whether they are manufacturing plants, heavy industries, labor-intensive factories, sports equipment, furniture companies, household appliances, chemical plants, wholesalers, retailers, machine and tools, industrial design, steel manufacturing, rubber, leather, jute, automobiles and auto components, defence manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, export or import businesses, or any other type of business.

Industrial Plots at Reliance MET are strategically located along the region’s industrial zone and industrial hubs. These Delhi NCR Industrial Areas have quick and easy access to the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in New Delhi. Gurgaon Industrial Area also has rail connectivity to the Northern Railway line and is linked to the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor’s Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC).

Reliance is establishing an integrated industrial township the model economic township or Reliance Industrial Plots in Delhi NCR as part of the country’s infrastructure development. 

Over the next few years, over 140 companies from various industrial sectors such as engineering, auto components, garments, consumer goods, electronics, biotech, plastics, and logistics plan to establish their units. 

The model economic township meets a slew of prerequisites for any industry to thrive. Reliance Industrial Plots are strategically located in Haryana’s district Jhajjar, just north of Gurgaon, in the national capital region. 

The expressway, also known as the western peripheral expressway, connects all national highways emanating from Delhi in the Maneser area by passing through the Reliance Industrial Plots.

Over an area of 8000 acres (35 square kilometers), the company plans to develop over 2500 acres over the next five years. The first phase of development on 1000 acres has already begun. 


Leading international corporations, including Japanese multinationals such as Panasonic and Denso, have begun operations. Reliance Industries, an Indian conglomerate, has also established a unit here, and international developers such as indoor space all cargo and FM logistics are establishing large logistic parks. 


To date, total investments in the project area exceed 500 million US dollars, employing over 5000 people. 


The national cancer institute has been established at the AIIMS campus, which is located along the western border of Delhi’s national capital territory. IIT Delhi is constructing a campus on over 50 acres in the area, and XLRI, a leading management institute, has established a campus in the area. Additionally, Sehwag International School, University, and other leading colleges all offer excellent education options. 


Our medium-divided lane roads connect the MET project area to Delhi’s national capital territory. The Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is currently accessible via the NH-8, will be more accessible once the northern peripheral expressway, also known as the Dwarka expressway, is completed. 


Faruknagar railway station, which is adjacent to the Industrial Plots area, has frequent passenger trains to Gurgaon and Delhi. The necessary approvals for a rail-connected logistics hub have been obtained. 


The national capital region has a significant base of manufacturing units across sectors, as well as a number of premier technical institutions, and thus a large pool of skilled labour is readily available. 


Any industry located at MET will be able to benefit from existing backward and forward linkages with industrial and commercial enterprises in the NCR. This confluence of factors makes the model economic township project appealing to both investors and entrepreneurs.
