Water inside Reliance MET
The allocation of water from the recently constructed NCR Channel for the MET Project has been approved by the government. Work is being done to bring this surface water in. Until surface water reaches the area, supply will be met through groundwater abstraction already approved by the CGWA, Govt. of India.
Residential and Social Infrastructure in Reliance MET
Reliance MET is intended to be a self-sufficient township that addresses the proposed economic development infrastructure’s residential and social infrastructure needs.
The proposed project will include industrial, residential, institutional, commercial, and recreational components.
The urban areas of Gurgaon, Najafgarh in Delhi, Bahadurgarh, and Jhajjar town can meet the MET developments’ immediate residential and social infrastructure needs. Gurgaon is home to some of the region’s best hospitals, hotels, and other urban facilities.
Reliance MET plots project’s identified area includes 22 villages. Care is also taken to ensure that these villages participate in development activities such as training and skill development for employment opportunities, infrastructure development to improve their living environment, and social development such as hygiene awareness, healthcare provision, and many others.
